Senior Development Manager

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Senior Development Manager leads Barbershop Books’ fundraising strategy and operations to power our mission of inspiring Black boys and other vulnerable children to read for fun. This leadership role oversees the implementation of the annual fundraising plan, builds and stewards relationships with individual and institutional donors, and manages our donor database to ensure excellence in fundraising operations.
